He is in his normal high spirit and, hopefully, by Saturday, the doctors would give us further directives.” Ngwaogu further assured football followers that there was no cause for alarm, as the management of Abia Warriors was fully on top of the situation. Meanwhile, in the spirit of sportsmanship, officials of 3SC of Ibadan paid a visit to Tambe at the University College Hospital, Ibadan. The club rushed to the hospital upon receipt of the news. They said they were at the hospital to show solidarity to the player and ensure that he is adequately attended to. 3SC’s General Manager, Dimeji Lawal, led his Head Coach, Edith Agoye, and Assistant coach, Kabiru Alausa, on the visit to wish him quick recovery.
